Areas of Practice

EMPLOYEES ARE OUR PASSION: protecting their rights, and their paychecks is what we do!

I Built this firm, aptly named, United Employees Law Group, for one purpose. I wanted to help employees, who need help with an employer who is breaking the law. Whether they have broken the law on purpose, or by ignorance, it is still wrong, and you have the right to take action.

Employees, who face issues at work need a trusted place to turn for advice, and advocacy. We are here for you, if you are dealing with a manager, or coworker who is not adhering to California labor law.

It is our “outside the box,” whole picture approach to these problems, that helps us to best serve our clients. Even if you call us with a harassment problem, we know how to ask the right questions that will help us determine if you have other claims as well, such as discrimination, wrongful termination, or even wage and hour violations.

It is my experience, that where there is smoke, there is often fire. Most companies or supervisors, willing to break the law in one area, are likely breaking it elsewhere. Ignorance of the law, does not exempt the company from paying or treating you properly, and the labor laws in California are very detailed, heavily leaning in favor of the employees rights.

This is the reason we may ask you questions about all aspects of your employment, so we don’t miss anything that may help your claim or increase it.

Here are the specific areas we are experienced in:

Overtime and Wage Law Violations
Overtime Exemptions Misuse and misclasification
California Wrongful Termination Laws
Workplace Discrimination Areas
Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
California Employee Class Action
